I lost my job. Gosh this is hard! I loved that job! I love the people I worked with, I loved the work because it was interesting and challenging. I’m praying hard to get another shot at it. If not, I know that there is something out there just for me. I have come through some pretty heavy stuff in my life. This is just another challenge for my life experience. It sure isn’t easy though.

We went to see Karate Kid today and NayNay left her purse at the theater. We
stopped after Karate class to pick it up and snapped this pic.

Freddie got a new car at the beginning of May! Check it out!

At the airport – Sendoff (we had to leave at 3:30AM and were reeeeally tired)

All of us had a wonderful time with Joe. He was picked up at the airport by his best friend from high school, had dinner with John and Kristin, then spent the night with Jay and Sarah. He spent an afternoon with me as we watched “Avatar” together and Uncle Freddie made him a nice meal. He went out to dinner with Josh and Mellissa, Then he spent his final evening with his dad and his siblings. He got to spend a little time with his Uncle Bob and Uncle Dan, who both came to see him. Then he spent some time with his best girl. Somehow we even managed to get to a Verizon store to get his cell phone fixed. Wow! Way to go Joe! Hooah! Now he gets to spend time with his Staff Sargeant brother and his family in another state before he goes on to his new assignment. I hope he can find some time to rest up!
