I am confident that today I will have my High Speed Internet, and my Uverse TV. It seems to me that the techs who are installing the service are having a hard time keeping up with the heavy demand the sales crew are sending them. Perhaps they should hire more installation guys. <\/p>\n
Update The technician who came out today was excellant. He knew what he had to do and he got right to it. He installed everything in 3 hours. He ran CAT5 cables, snaked them under the carpet out of sight and installed all three digital boxes. He put the router and main TV Digital box right where I wanted them. I couldn’t be happier with the installation. The guy was really good. He had another call after mine. I think that he had to double up his work because I had to be worked in.
